Our Positive Peer Relationships program is about building personal and social skills to enhance the quantity and quality of our interpersonal interactions.

This Program has two distinct sessions that each run for approximately 90-120 minutes. The two sessions are GROWING MY SOCIAL SKILLS and BUILDING STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS. They are delivered at your school in a single day by Unleashing Personal Potential, to whole year level cohorts.

SKILLS DEVELOPED AND CONCEPTS COVERED:  

• THE POWER OF EMPATHY- focussing on standing as one, respect and appreciating differences.

• THE SCIENCE OF KINDNESS- learning about the potential impacts of kindness, on others and on ourselves.

• ACTIVE LISTENING- practical skills for strengthening relationships.

• CONFLICT RESOLUTION- learning how to be assertive, rather than passive or aggressive.

• TEAM WORK- Working collaboratively in teams to achieve more. Structured opportunities to apply what has been learned.

• RISING BY LIFTING OTHERS- Learning how to give a genuine shout out.
